Hi, I’m Nadia Cossuto — a Fairfield County wife, mom of two wild little ones, lover of all things delicious, and the heart behind Gather & Graze CT.

Growing up, my mom had a true passion for catering events and making celebrations feel extra special. Watching her bring people together through food taught me that it’s about so much more than what’s on the plate — it’s about the moments created around it.

Gather & Graze was born from that same spirit — to make entertaining effortless, elegant, and a little more exciting. I wanted to create something that brings people together in a beautiful and meaningful way, without the stress that often comes with planning.

What began as our signature Charcuterie Bar Charcuterie Bar, has now expanded into a full lineup of crowd-favorite, fully mobile treat bars. Now, we bring flavor, fun, and flair to any celebration with four unique experiences:

Cannoli Bar – Freshly filled, crisp shells topped exactly how you like.
Mini Pancake Bar – Warm, fluffy bites served with a variety of delicious toppings.
Candy Cart – A vibrant, sweet-filled display that delights guests of all ages.
Dirty Soda Bar – Refreshing, creatively crafted sodas bursting with flavor and fun twists.

When I’m not creating and styling spreads, you’ll likely find me chasing toddlers through the backyard, or recharging at home with snacks, sweatpants, and a family movie night.
